Ingredients:  Lamb [ 1 Kg ]
Curd [ 1 Cup ]
Onions (Chopped) [ 1 Cup ]
Garam Masala [ 2 tbs ]
ginger- garlic paste [ 1 cup ]
coriander powder [ 3 tsp ]
cumin seeds [ 3 tsp ]
red chilli powder [ 2 tsp ]
tomatoes cut into pieces [ 3 pcs ]
Salt [ to taste ]
Directions: Mix curd with turmeric and salt and apply to the lamb and keep it aside for half an hour. Heat ghee in a kadhai, fry the onions and garam masala for 10 - 15 minutes. Add the marinated lamb and cook for another 10 -15 minutes. Add ginger- garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin seeds, red chilli powder and tomatoes. Cover and cook till the lamb is done.
